By creating an Editly AI account or using the app you agree to these terms.

The service

Editly AI is a desktop application for Mac and Windows that sets Lightroom Classic develop settings, straightening and crop for your photos, using a style profile trained on catalogs you provide. Every edit stays fully editable in Lightroom, and you remain responsible for the final photos you deliver to your clients.

Free trial

Every new account starts a free trial with every feature as soon as it is created. The trial includes 1 style profile and ends after 5 days or 1,000 edited photos, whichever comes first.

Plans and payment

• Starter — 500 EGP: 10,000 photos.
• Pro — 800 EGP: 20,000 photos.
• Studio — 1,200 EGP: 40,000 photos.
• Every paid plan includes up to 3 style profiles. The plans differ only in the number of photos.
• Each payment covers 30 days from the moment you pay. Nothing renews on its own; you choose when to pay again.
• Each payment starts a new 30-day period with the full photo allowance of the plan you paid for. Days or photos left over from a previous period do not carry over and are not credited.
• You pay inside the app with a Visa or Mastercard, debit or credit. The price shown is the full price you pay.
• When your photos for the period run out, editing pauses until your next payment or a larger plan.
• We may change prices for future payments with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Cancellation and refunds

• There is nothing to cancel: no plan renews on its own, and you are never charged unless you choose to pay again. To stop using the service, simply do not make another payment. Your account and style profiles stay available for the trial and any period you have already paid for.
• Payments are for a 30-day period and are not refunded once that period has started, in whole or in part, including for unused days or photos.
• If a proven failure on our side prevented you from using the service for most of a paid period, contact us within that period through the contact form and we will extend your period or refund the payment, at your choice.
• Where the law gives you a right to a refund that cannot be waived, that right is not affected by these terms.

Accounts and devices

• One account is for one photographer or studio.
• An account works on up to two devices: the first two computers it is signed in on. To change a device, contact us.
• Sharing an account or reselling the service is not allowed.

Your content

You keep all rights to your photos, catalogs and style profiles. You give us only the permission needed to process them to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available around the clock but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Editing and training jobs resume automatically after interruptions where possible.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Editly AI is registered.
